We want you to be satisfied with your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within fourteen (14) days of receiving your order.
RETURNS
All return requests must be made within fourteen (14) days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition and returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact us by email before shipping the artwork back. Once your return request is approved, securely package the item and send it to:

REFUNDS
After the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to fourteen (14) business days for processing.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or an incorrect item was received.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom commissions, personalized artworks, and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged.
